ULTRAFIP 633 is a liquid, alkaline product, safe on all metals, composed of a balanced mixture of organic sequestrants, soaps and surfactants with high cleaning power.
ULTRAFIP 633 is used for immersion degreasing with or without ultrasounds, and is specific for the removal of polishing pastes on polished aluminum parts.
Its high content in emulsifying substances make it active on different types of contaminants, as well as pastes, also on powders and on oils, both whole and emulsifiable.
Usage and Applications
The main use of ULTRAFIP 633 is in static immersion treatment plants or with the aid of systems where the formation of a foam head does not affect its applicability, such as ultrasound or barrel.

Solution temperature: 30 - 80 ° C

Control of bathing
Concentration control is performed by titration of the total alkalinity present in the solution, using the following method:
Take 10 ml of washing solution and place them in a flask
Add about 6-8 drops of Bromine Cresol Green Indicator
Titrate with 0.1N hydrochloric acid until turning from blue to yellow
The ml of 0.1N hydrochloric acid used represent the total alkalinity value.
A bath prepared with 3% of ULTRAFIP 633 corresponds to 9 points or 0.1N acid consumption.

Storage
For the handling and storage of the product it is recommended to respect the prescriptions of the relative safety data sheet. If possible, use covered warehouses avoiding exposing the product to heat sources or temperatures below 5 °.
