FIPROSTEEL 758 is a pickling gel for stainless steel 300 series. It allows the pickling of both the welded sections only and the entire surface without leaving unsightly traces. It does not create problems of use in outdoor environments, even in sunny exposure, as long as you have the warning not to apply on overheated surfaces. The product should not be used on surfaces in flowered stainless steel or with satin finishes. For these surfaces, use FIPROSTEEL 765 or FIPROSTEEL 779.

Usage
FIPROSTEEL 758 should be used as it is (eg by brush), while in the case of use with the sprayer, the use of FIPROSTEEL 754 is recommended.
It is advisable to mix the gel before use, and spread a not too thin layer with a brush on the part to be pickled. Wait the necessary time which, depending on the type of steel, thickness and type of welding, can vary from a few minutes to several hours.
If necessary, brush the weld with a stainless steel brush before washing.
Wash with cold water, preferably with a pressure jet (pressure washer).
Not necessarily, but if you want to get a better result, after the first cold wash, follow with a hot wash.
