FIPROPLUS 726 is a liquid product designed to be used as a passivating-protective agent in test baths.
FIPROPLUS 726 is rich in passivating and complexing substances and has the characteristic of forming clear solutions even in the presence of particularly hard water; furthermore FIPROPLUS 726 does not emulsify any dirt present on the pieces, thus facilitating their separation on the free surface of the bath.
FIPROPLUS 726 can also be used as an interoperational passivator or as a final passivator in pre-painting phosphating cycles in the last rinse tank.
Usage and Applications
For the test baths, use FIPROPLUS 726 from 1% to 5%.
To confer an antioxidant power on the treated parts, FIPROPLUS 726 must not be rinsed.
To obtain antioxidant power in multi-stage washing processes, add FIPROPLUS 726 at concentrations ranging from 0.5% to 1% in the last rinse and dry the pieces completely.

Bathroom control
Take 20 ml of bath and put them in a flask or in a beaker
Add 5-6 drops of Bromocresol Green indicator, the solution is blue in color
Titrate with 0.1 N HYDROCHLORIC ACID until the solution changes from blue to yellow

Warnings and Storage
Avoid knocks and improper handling of the packages that can cause the product to leak. Protect from frost, store away from heat sources, keep containers tightly closed.
