FIPROPHOS 513 is a liquid phosphating agent particularly suitable for the pre-painting treatment of ferrous material, aluminum and zinc.
The surfactants contained in the product are non-foaming in nature. This allows the product to wash even at room temperature (20 ° C) without creating foam problems.
The FIPROPHOS 513 product effectively removes machining and molding oils and other greasy contaminants from metal surfaces, giving the treated surface a phosphate conversion weighing 0.3-0.6 g / m2.

Usage and Applications
PREPARATION OF A FIPROPHOS BATH 513
Fill the tub with clean water
Activate the system and the heating
Add the quantity of product necessary to reach the desired concentration (possibly in the suction area of the pumps)
Run the system for 5-10 'to allow the bath to homogenize

Control of bathing
Take 10 ml of the bath to be analyzed and place them in the flask
Add 5-6 drops of Phenolphthalein Indicator
Add 100ml of distilled water
Titrate with sodium hydroxide N / 10 until a persistent pink color of the solution is obtained.
The ml of Sodium Hydrate N / 10 consumed in the titration indicate the total acidity of the FIPROPHOS 513 bath.
Alimentation
To obtain the concentration in g / l, multiply the value obtained by the fixed number of 5.
Then bring the concentration to the required value, adding 5 Kg of product to 1000 Lt. of bath for each missing point.
Warnings
FIPROPHOS 513 is an acidic product, therefore avoid contact therefore contact with eyes and skin.
It is recommended to handle the product with rubber gloves and protective clothing.
