1 Constant Updating
The Fiprokim technicians, in constant contact with customers and suppliers, are able to analyze the market needs and carry out research to develop products always at the cutting edge both from a technical point of view and with regard to the safety laws.
2 Formulations
Based on the technical objective to be achieved, the Research and Development laboratory studies and proposes various alternative and improved solutions for the customer to choose from. Numerous product lines have been designed and completed to meet customer and market requirements in any field of application. Fiprokim technicians are also able to formulate new products ad hoc in response to special requests.
3 Raw materials
The Fiprokim laboratory, in compliance with ISO 9000 standards, carries out periodic evaluations of its suppliers. The research and development department also continuously evaluates new raw materials. Fiprokim's Quality Control policy provides for the verification of each batch of raw materials purchased by Fiprokim, as a further guarantee of the quality and conformity of the finished product.
Organic and eco-friendly
The raw materials purchased also include environmentally sustainable and biodegradable products in the LUBROFIP 4500 and 5500 lines, designed and formulated with a bio approach.
4 Laboratory tests
All formulation ideas are tested in the Fiprokim laboratories. Only those formulations that pass all the tests are included in the range of products offered to customers.
Production and Quality Control

The entire production chain is monitored and completed by the quality control of our analysis laboratory.
1 Product manufacturing
Fiprokim has a production plant capable of producing several tonnes of product per batch.
The specialised operators follow the operational instructions given by the technical developers, who control every stage of the production process.
2 Laboratory quality control
Each batch produced is sampled and tested in the laboratory. The product is unloaded and packaged only after approval by Quality Control. All samples from production are stored in the laboratory for one year, thus guaranteeing the customer complete traceability of the product they purchase.

3 Packaging
Once the laboratory has certified the quality of the product, the operator proceeds with the unloading from the mixer, packaging and labelling in accordance with the law. Fiprokim can guarantee the packaging of its products in different formats, in accordance with the customer's needs: from the smallest formats, suitable for ready-to-use products, to the largest for industries with high consumption
.4 Storage and Delivery
The office in charge is therefore able to organise the dispatch and delivery of the product to the customer quickly.
Storage
The Fiprokim plant can also boast a large product storage warehouse. This allows the main products to be kept in stock and therefore immediately ready for shipment.

Laboratory analysis
.Following the customer's request for contact, a meeting is arranged with our Technicians or Agents, to understand your needs and guide you in your choice of product.
Laboratory tests
Fiprokim's laboratory offers free analysis of products in use, so that it can propose valid alternatives for the improvement of industrial processes.
Product selection
Through a report signed by the Technical Department, the possible solutions studied by Fiprokim will be addressed and explained, choosing from the range of products the one that best meets the Customer's requests and needs. Advice can also be given from a plant engineering point of view, to increase the effectiveness of the process through plant modifications or upgrades.

Made-to-measure
.The technical manager, having assessed the situation and the customer's needs, proposes the "tailor-made" technical solution, choosing from the Fiprokim product range.
Particular customer requirements can be met by Fiprokim technicians by modifying existing formulations or formulating new products ad hoc.
Assistance and usage support

The Fiprokim personnel who followed the customer in the choice of the product are available for the start-up and testing of the plant where it will be used, and can also provide some assessments from a plant engineering point of view to increase the efficiency of the process. Furthermore, in cooperation with our Agents, we will monitor the process also in the months following the sale and first use, through visits and the taking of samples to be transferred to the analysis laboratory, with the drawing up of periodic reports.
