Usage and Applications
Due to the high concentration of active WATERFIP C 825 is suitable for use in the treatment of primary water or civil and / or industrial waste water, in total replacement or integration of normal inorganic coagulants. It finds application in filtration, flotation and sedimentation systems, in the treatment of residues in the water of painting booths.
WATERFIP C 825 contains a part of Carbon Black to improve water clarification and the abatement of surfactants contained in water-based paint products.

Control of bathing
Take 10 ml of bath, pour them into a conical flask, add about 50 ml of demineralized water and 3 ÷ 5 drops of phenolphthalein indicator, titrate with 0.1 N sulfuric acid until the color changes from pink to colorless. The ml of acid consumed for toning represent the degreaser score which for a bath prepared at 20 g / l is equal to 11.4 points. For a bath prepared at 80 g / l, the score is 45.6 points.
Alimentation
Il WATERFIP C 825 è un prodotto concentrato.
Dosaggio iniziale: è di ca. 1 kg/m3 direttamente nell’acqua di cabina senza pre-diluizione.
Dosaggio di mantenimento: utilizzare ca. tra il 5% e il 25% sulla quantità di over-spay della vernice.
Normalmente l’aggiunta del WATERFIP C 825 deve avvenire in un punto di turbolenza per favorire una miscelazione completa ed omogenea.
Storage
The product fears frost and overheating. If stored in dry places and at a temperature of 5-40 ° C it has a stability of about 12 months.
The product is neither dangerous for operators nor corrosive for plants.
