Technical specifications
WATERFIP 870 is a polymer-based denaturant, particularly suitable for water-based paint particles from spray painting systems; it acts by breaking up the paint emulsion with attached enlargement of the flakes, the paint floats and is absolutely non-adhesive. It is a liquid coagulant with high filler density. The product does not need to be supported by a pH corrector in the tank, only by a secondary one applied in the area of the waterfip, such as WATERFIP 876.

Usage and Applications
Dose WATERFIP 870 directly into the delivery pump at the veils. The dosage can vary from 2% up to a concentration of 10% on the over-spray. Optimal conditions of use will be established by the Fiprokim Technical Service during plant start-up. In the presence of strong water movement, the product facilitates paint flotation, facilitating removal.
