Fiproplus 947 is an additive with a high cosolvent content based on non-ionic surfactants and is used to increase the degreasing power of alkaline or acidic cleaning solutions.
Fiproplus 947 is used in degreasing baths (also high alkalinity), dephosphating, phosphate degreasing and acidic deoxidising baths based on organic compounds.
Usage and Applications
Fiproplus 947 is used in spraying systems (max 3 bar), in auger and immersion washes, with and without ultrasound. In addition, it enables oil de-emulsification with the aid of appropriate de-oiling systems.
We recommend not going below 50°C. When starting work, first heat the tank to working temperature and then operate the recirculation pumps.
