FIPROSTRIP AC 273 is a liquid paint remover free from n-methylpyrrolidone (toxic substance) suitable for the treatment in immersion and hot recirculation systems of parts in iron, aluminum, zinc and painted alloys.
Its balanced formulation combines a high disintegrating power with a high swelling and detaching capacity of the paints.
FIPROSTRIP AC 273 is suitable for removing different types of paint, including: powder paints (polyester, epoxy, polyurethane) and liquid paints (water or solvent).

Usage and Applications
The product is used pure, in immersion or recirculation environments, at a variable temperature between 60 and 85 ° C. The contact time depends on the quality of the paint to be removed, usually varies between 30 'and 120'.
It is used in the hot stripping of parts in iron, aluminum, zinc and alloys.

Control of bathing
The bath must be checked periodically and possibly topped up in the event of a decline in application performance.
Take 1 ml of bath and place them in a flask or beaker. Add 50 ml of demineralized water and 5 drops of phenolphthalein. The solution will turn purple. Using a graduated pipette and shaking the bath, titrate by gradually adding 1 N Acid until the violet color disappears.
A new bath has a rating of 2.4ml.
It is recommended not to go below 1.8 points. The minimum value will in any case be established during the test phase.
Alimentation
Level the stripping tank with FIPROSTRIP AC 273, homogenize and proceed with the analytical check of the score.
To increase by 0.1 alkalinity points and for every 100 liters of bath, add 0.625 kg of Alcafip 1050.
Storage
Avoid knocks and improper handling that can cause product leaks.
Protect from freezing, store away from heat sources, keep containers tightly closed.
