FIPROSTRIP 299 finds application in the removal of powder coatings from piece holder frames, hooks and pieces with paint defects. Use on ferrous material and steel. Do not apply on aluminum and alloys and galvanized.
Usage and Applications
Use the product as it is, by immersion, at a temperature of 55-70 ° C. The time depends on the temperature and the quantity of paint to be removed.

Control of bathing
The bath must be checked periodically and, if necessary, topped up in the event of a decline in paint stripping performance. The control is carried out by titration, in particular by determining the alkalinity.

Alimentation
The minimum bath score should be 17 ml of 0.1 N hydrochloric acid.
If the score is lower, add FIPROSTRIP 299 ADD in a quantity equal to 20 kg of product for each point (ml) of acid missing compared to 17 and for 1000 liters of bath.
The value of a bath in formation is between 18 and 19 points.
Storage
