FIPROSTRIP 260 is a solvent-based general paint stripper suitable for light alloy, steel and copper substrates.
It works in the complete absence of phenols or cresols and is particularly effective on polyester, polyurethane and catalysed epoxy powder coatings.

Usage and Applications
FIPROSTRIP 260 is used by immersion as is. A good washing afterwards is required in order to completely remove product and paint residues. If possible, however, stainless steel tanks (AISI 304 or AISI 316) are recommended.
The product is supplied ready to use; in order to avoid product leaks, it is best to use a tank with a lid.
Each time the tank is cleaned or when a drop in level requires it, the tank is refilled with product as is.
The treatment time depends on the type of thickness and baking of the paint; in the worst conditions an immersion of more than 24 hours may be necessary.

Control of bathrooms
The paint stripping tank should include a removable wire mesh in order to be able to remove detached paint at least weekly. Periodic stripping of the tank should also be envisaged.
Storage
It is advisable to store under cover and at temperatures above 7°C away from heat sources.
Advised use: 12 months from delivery date.
