FIPROSTEEL 765 is a pickling gel for stainless steel series 300, used especially on flowered steel.
It allows the pickling of both the welded sections only and the entire surface without leaving unsightly traces. It does not create problems of use, even in sunny exposure, as long as you have the warning not to apply on overheated surfaces. If you need to cool the surfaces first by spraying water before applying the gel.

Usage
FIPROSTEEL 765 should be used as it is applied by brush on flower steels used in the food and wine industry.
Mix the gel with a plastic or wooden stick, spread a not too thin layer with a brush on the part to be pickled. Wait the necessary time which, depending on the type of steel, thickness and type of welding, can vary from a few minutes to several hours.
If necessary, brush the weld with a stainless steel brush before washing.
Wash with cold water, preferably with a pressure jet (pressure washer).
Not necessarily, but if you want to get a better result, after the first cold wash, follow with a hot wash.
If you work inside a tank, it is essential to wear a gas mask and possibly forced ventilation.
