Technical features
FIPROPLUS 701 is an additive based on non-ionic cosolvents and non-ionic surfactants with low foam. It is used to increase the degreasing power of alkaline or acid detergent solutions. It has a very high wetting and solvent power against pollutants that are difficult to eliminate and polymerized oils.
FIPROPLUS 701 contains within it elements that destabilize the oil in emulsion, ie allow the separation of the oily phase from the bath. Then, once the piece has been degreased, the emulsified oil is separated (usually brought to the surface) and does not interfere with the subsequent washing. A separate oil removal system is recommended. The type of surfactant used allows it to be used even at low temperatures.

Usage and Applications
It is used in spray systems, with pressures below 5 bar. Usually dosed at 5-15% of the base product. Suitable for both phospho-degreasing, phospho-pickling, pickling, weak and strong alkaline degreasing. It is dosed every time the base product is dosed, according to the percentage agreed with the Fiprokim technical service.

Alimentation
It is based on the visual verification of the maintenance of a continuous veil of washing water on the treated pieces. If the effect of the water film is discontinuous (water-break), the use of FIPROPLUS 701 must be reinforced up to a maximum of 5 g / l. there are no analytical checks of the product.
