Usage and Applications
The concentrations of use vary from 5 to 50% by volume.
It is normally used at room temperature. To accelerate its action against rust or encrustations, a maximum temperature of 60 ° C can be reached.
For the descaling of equipment with circulation, introduce slowly from the bottom of the system to avoid air pockets and to ensure that there is a vent for the vapors that form during descaling.
During pickling or descaling, titrate the solution at intervals.
When the concentration in FIPRODISK 101 stabilizes at a certain value, the operation is finished.
It passes to the rinsing with water and a neutralization is carried out with an alkaline product.
Slowly add FIPRODISK 101 to cold water and never vice versa. The tanks must be built in antacid material such as wood, ceramic, viplated or rubberized iron.

Control of bathing

Precautions
FIPRODISK 101 is a strongly acid product. Handle wearing gloves and protective clothing.
Use in well-ventilated areas or equip the tanks with aspirators.
