FIPRO DET 671 is an alkaline degreaser which also performs paint stripping functions. Thanks to its formulation it can be used in spray systems with one or more stages to remove contaminants deriving from mechanical processing from steel and cast iron parts without these undergoing surface alteration and immersion for cleaning and removal of water-based paints. carousel guns of tanneries or similar where this manufacturing process is used.
FIPRO DET 671 is used in mechanical and metalworking industries where a degreasing treatment with simultaneous antioxidant protection of the treated parts is required.

Usage and Applications
FIPRO DET 671 is used in the degreasing of steel and aluminum with concentrations ranging from 1% to 5% with contact times from 1 'to 5' and temperatures from 40 ° to 70 ° C.
For the washing of steel parts, cast iron and sintered parts we recommend concentrations from 4% to 6% without subsequent rinsing and with the complete drying of the pieces.
In multi-stage systems, the product can be used in the last stage in a concentration from 0.5% to 1% to ensure temporary anti-rust protection.
For cleaning parts soiled with paint residues, such as guns, spray guns, panels, test benches, etc. it is recommended to use between 50% and the product as it is, with contact times that can even reach a few hours.
