FIPRO DET 669 is a liquid product based on buffered caustic alkalis, dispersing agents, sequestering agents, non-ionic surfactants, is solvent-free, non-flammable, and free of any chlorinated components.
FIPRO DET 669 was developed for hand and lance cleaning.
FIPRO DET 669 is suitable for the removal of organic contaminants such as whole and emulsifiable oils. Compatible with CRS, steel, brass, copper, aluminium and galvanised substrates.
Usage and Applications
FIPRO DET 669 is used in aqueous solution at a concentration between 5% and 30% .

Rinsing required.
Avoid self-drying of parts, as the salinity of the product may leave white residue.

Bathroom control
Bath control is performed by determining the free alkalinity as follows:
Take 10 ml of bath, place in flask or beaker
Add 50 ml demineralised water
. Add 5-6 drops of phenolphthalein and titrate with 0.1N sulphuric or hydrochloric acid.
The ml of acid consumed gives the bath score, which for a 50g/l (5%) bath is approx. 6.4 points, while for a 30% bath it will be approx. 38.1 points.

Power supply
For each missing point, for every 1000 litres of bath, add 8 kg of product.
Storage
Avoid shocks, improper handling of packages that may cause product spillage. Protect from frost, store away from heat sources, keep containers tightly closed.
