FIPRO SG 590 is an alkaline cleaner for treatment cycles on steel, galvanised steel and aluminium. It is suitable for spray or immersion use.
Usage and Applications
FIPRO SG 590 is used in aqueous solution, by spraying or dipping, under the following conditions:
Treatment time: 2 - 4 minutes
Concentration: 8 - 30 g/l (6.2 - 23.1 ml/l)
Temperature: 50 - 65 °C

Bathroom control
Take 50 ml sample and pour it into a 250 ml conical flask, add 50 ml demineralised water and 5 drops of green bromocresol indicator.
. Titrate with 0.1 N sulphuric acid (0.05 M) until the colour changes from green to yellow. The ml consumed
correspond to the bath score.
A bath prepared at 20 g/l has a liquor score of 25.2 ml.
