Technical features
FIPRO SG 565 is a degreasing liquid product with anti-rust properties on totally synthetic ferrous material and free from nitrites. The main application of this product is in interoperational washes, in spray washing machines, in all mechanical and automotive industries as it very well replaces traditional washes with products based on emulsifiable oils or with powder products containing nitrites.

Usage and Applications
In single-stage washing machines it is used at a concentration of 1.5 - 2.5% with an ambient temperature that can be raised up to 50 - 60 ° C for severe washing requirements.
In multi-stage washing machines it will be sufficient to add the product in the last stage in the ratio of 0.5 - 1.0% to guarantee anti-rust protection.
For applications as immersion protection, concentrations of 3.0 - 5.0% will be adopted with ambient temperatures of 50 ° C.

Control of bathing
Take 10 ml of the bath to be analyzed and place them in the flask
Add 5-6 drops of methyl orange indicator, the solution will be YELLOW in color.
Add 100ml of distilled water
Titrate with Hydrochloric Acid (HCl) N / 10 until a persistent RED color of the solution is obtained.
The ml of N / 10 hydrochloric acid consumed in the titration indicate the total alkalinity of the FIPRO SG 565 bath.
