FIPRO SG 562 is a low-foaming liquid degreaser suitable for washing all metals in both spray washing machines and immersion tanks.
It is ideal for removing, even at low temperatures, the most tenacious contaminants such as oils, grease, moulding and drawing pastes, and carbonised oils.
FIPRO SG 562 provides, if not rinsed, temporary rust protection on ferrous material. FIPRO SG 562 is suitable for cleaning aluminium and stainless steel moulds in the pork and beef processing industries.
Usage and Applications
Spray application:
.Spray concentrations of 20 to 100 g/l with water. Temperature 30-70° C and contact time 1-3 minutes. Followed by rinsing with cold water except where rust protection is required.
Submerged and ultrasonic application:
Impose concentrations of 50 to 100 g/l with water. Temperature from 55-75° C for 3 minutes or more. Followed by rinsing with cold water. For ultrasonic applications use the lowest concentrations.

Bathroom control
Take 10 ml of the solution to be analysed and place in the glass beaker (or Erlenmeyer flask), add 20 ml of distilled water. Add 5-8 drops of Phenophthalein indicator. The solution will take on a PINK colour. Titrate the resulting solution, while stirring, with Hcl N/10 until a colourless colour change is obtained. This colour change marks the end of the titration.
