It includes products designed for the recovery of parts with paint defects, for the removal of protective paints in particular industrial processes, as well as for the periodic cleaning of painting equipment (especially essential in the case of electrostatic painting).They ensure the removal of paint layers by dissolution or exfoliation, depending on the acid or alkaline nature of the product and the type of paint itself.
Use
The products in the Fiprostrip line are easy and immediate to use. Formulated in both liquid and gel formulations, they adapt to numerous process conditions, being able to be used in a wide range of applications, hot, cold or with the aid of ultrasound, on multi-material components and surfaces. In fact, the numerous formulations cover a wide range of materials and surfaces: from carbon steel to stainless steel, from galvanised to aluminium, but also cast iron, zamak, copper, yellow alloys and plastic.
Effectiveness and Savings
Our formulations are characterised by a careful choice of raw materials, which guarantee the customer maximum effectiveness in the paint stripping process, and enable products with great longevity, capable of performing their action even after numerous treatment cycles. For immersion treatments, we offer solutions with excellent resistance to paint pollution, with the important possibility of filtering and regeneration of the bath itself.
