Line
A vast family of degreasing products, suitable for all types of metal and non-metal surfaces. Acidic or alkaline in nature, they are designed for the removal of oily or inter-operational contamination as well as light oxidation. Suitable for numerous applications, they can be used either as a final treatment or as an intermediate process, preceding, for example, galvanic deposition or painting treatments.
Multi-material effectiveness
The numerous formulations cover a wide range of materials and surfaces: from carbon steel to stainless steel, from galvanised to aluminium, but also cast iron, zamak, copper, yellow alloys and plastic. The products in this line, both liquid and powder, are adapted to numerous process conditions, and guarantee the complete removal of any type of residue: whole oils (moulding, rolling, drawing), emulsifiables (CNC), protective and phosphate coatings (sheet and coil), polymer films and silicones, pastes, greases and even metal shavings and particulates.
Use and Conduct
The products in this line can be used manually, in immersion tanks, in spraying machines (tunnel, auger, etc.), piece-washing machines, high-pressure, lance and high-pressure cleaner systems. They can also be used in tanks or ultrasonic systems, as an alternative to the more specific products of the Ultrafip line. Each product is associated with a simple and practical user and operating manual (in the case of immersion or spray application), sometimes created ad hoc for the individual customer by our technicians. This, combined with the quality of our formulations, ensures maximum effectiveness and longevity to our degreasing products, guaranteeing the customer performance and savings.
