The process
The treatment of water in sewage treatment plants, cooling circuits, heat exchangers, evaporative towers, boilers and recirculating water circuits in general is called air conditioning.
It is a fundamental process that is part of the proper maintenance and management of a plant.
Circulating water conditioning avoids the occurrence of numerous problems: the formation of lime deposits and organic sediments, resulting in blockages,
dangerous corrosive phenomena, which often affect pipes and ducts that are more difficult to replace, as well as the development of bacteria, algae and mould, which impair the efficiency of the system.
The dosing of appropriate products therefore allows these problems to be resolved quickly, economically, and above all durably, guaranteeing greater longevity for your systems.
Fiprokim solutions
Fiprokim has developed over the years a wide range of products specially designed and formulated for the purification and maintenance of purifiers, boilers, cooling towers and osmosis plants The products in this line guarantee the customer a considerable reduction in plant maintenance costs and a reduced environmental impact.
With the FiproAK line we offer alkalisers, dispersants, antiscalants, deoxygenants with a wide variety of formulations, all of proven effectiveness. Their use makes it easy to manage all those systems where water recirculation can cause localised corrosion, limescale deposits and blockages.
They are distinguished by the refinement of the formula and raw materials, with formulations carefully designed to guarantee a broad spectrum action: we offer solutions suitable for countless types of systems, with different pressures and operating temperatures, particular hardnesses of mains water, and the presence of dispersed pollutants.
Processing and materials
Our specific products for the treatment and conditioning of industrial water are suitable for numerous applications, from boilers to evaporators to cooling towers, and are compatible with all types of surfaces and materials.
