The process
Prepainting processes are essential for obtaining a homogenous polymer coating, and above all they are essential for the corrosion resistance of the painted product.
A correct pre-painting process ensures not only better aesthetic quality, but also a very strong adhesion of the paint, greatly increasing resistance to atmospheric agents and wear phenomena such as scratches and abrasions, and preventing the paint from detaching from the underlying surface, even in harsh environmental conditions.
Fiprokim lines
Fiprokim has a number of products specifically designed for pre-painting processes.
Our two product lines, Fiprophos and Fiprocoat, consist of multi-metal formulations, both liquid and gel, which are adapted to numerous process conditions and can be used in a wide range of applications and sectors.
The FIPROPHOS line consists of multimetal phosphating and phosphodegreasing products, with innovative formulations of guaranteed effectiveness, capable of significantly increasing the quality of paint on treated products.
The FIPROCOAT line, on the other hand, consists of recent multimetal formulations for the deposition of a nanometric protective coating, which guarantees excellent corrosion protection and paint adhesion. A third line of products, called Fipro SG, is an excellent solution for pre-painting processes, as it consists of a wide range of degreasing products capable of removing all types of residue from the surface of artefacts, thus enabling effective and long-lasting paint adhesion on all types of metal surfaces, both ferrous and non-ferrous.
Processing and materials
Specialised products for all industrial situations involving the painting of workpieces.
Our lines contain both multi-metal products and specific products for different metals, such as stainless steel, carbon steel, ferrous materials, cast iron, galvanised, aluminium.
They can be used by spraying, dipping or brushing, and cover a wide range of process conditions, being applicable at different temperatures and pressures, in line with the customer's impinatistic possibilities.
