The process
Degreasing and cleaning operations are essential for proper industrial processing, and are therefore widespread in every production sector, accompanying the production of finished products at every stage of their manufacture.
These treatments allow light oxides to be removed in the case of raw materials (bars, rounds, extrusions), whole and emulsifiable oils in semi-finished products, and are also indispensable as a final treatment on finished products, to aid preservation after storage (corrosion protection) and any subsequent processes such as painting.
Our degreasers and cleaners
Fiprokim has a wide range of specific products for the removal of organic and inorganic contaminants from multi-material surfaces, components and semi-finished products.
Our formulations are divided into two main families:
FIPRO SG: multi-material degreasing products, designed for the removal of all types of oily contamination, oxidation and deposits. They can be used either as a final treatment or as an intermediate process
.ULTRAFIP: a line of detergents specifically for ultrafip applications, thanks to ad hoc formulations that increase their effectiveness. Ideal for removing whole oils, emulsions, greases, polishing pastes, encrustations and machining residues.
Processing and materials
Boring, boring, milling, laminating, lapping, punching, grinding, sawing, turning of materials such as iron, steel, alloy steels, carbon steels, aluminium, stainless steel, yellow alloys such as brass and copper, titanium, galvanised sheets.
