The process
The degreasing and cleaning operations are essential for correct industrial processing, and are therefore widespread in every production sector, and accompany the production of finished products at every stage of their processing.
These treatments allow to remove light oxides in the case of raw raw materials (bars, rounds, extrusions), whole and emulsifiable oils in semi-finished products, and are also indispensable as a final treatment on finished products, to favor conservation after storage (corrosion protection) and any subsequent processes, such as painting.
Our degreasers and cleaners
Fiprokim has a wide range of specific products for the removal of organic and inorganic contaminants from surfaces, components and multi-material semi-finished products.
Our formulations are divided into two main families:
FIPRO SG: multi-material degreasing products, designed for the removal of any type of oily contamination, oxidation and deposits. They can be used both as a final treatment and as an intermediate process
ULTRAFIP: line of detergents specific for ultrasonic applications, thanks to ad hoc formulations capable of increasing their effectiveness. Ideal for removing neat oils, emulsions, greases, polishing pastes, encrustations and processing residues.
Processing and materials
Boring, boring, milling, spot boring, lapping, punching, grinding, sawing, turning of materials such as iron, steel, alloy steels, carbon steels, aluminum, stainless steel, yellow alloys such as brass and copper, titanium, galvanized sheets.
Dedicated product lines
FIPRO SG LINE
A vast family of degreasing products, suitable for any type of metal and non-metallic surface, designed for the removal of oily or interoperational contamination, as well as light oxidation. Suitable for numerous applications, they can be used both as a final treatment and as an intermediate process, for example preceding galvanic deposition or painting treatments.
ULTRAFIP LINE
Our line of detergents and degreasers specially designed for ultrasonic applications, thanks to specific formulas capable of increasing their effectiveness.
A wide range of chemical products for degreasing surfaces and multi-material components from whole oils, emulsions, greases, polishing pastes, encrustations and processing residues.
