In fact, a correct pre-painting process guarantees not only a better aesthetic quality, but a very strong adhesion of the paint, greatly increasing the resistance to atmospheric agents and wear phenomena such as scratches and abrasions, avoiding the detachment of the paint from the underlying surface. even in harsh environmental conditions.
The Fiprokim lines
Fiprokim has numerous products designed specifically for pre-painting processes.
Our two product lines, Fiprophos and Fiprocoat, are made up of multimetal formulations, both liquid and gel, which adapt to numerous process conditions, being able to be used in a wide range of applications and sectors.
The FIPROPHOS line consists of multimetal phosphating and phospho-degreasing products, with innovative and guaranteed efficacy formulations, capable of significantly increasing the quality of the coating on the treated products.
The FIPROCOAT line, on the other hand, is composed of recent multimetal formulations for the deposition of a protective nanometric coating, which guarantees excellent protection from corrosion and excellent adhesion of paints.
A third line of products, called Fipro SG, is an excellent solution for pre-painting processes, being made up of a wide range of degreasing products capable of eliminating any type of residue from the surface of the products, thus allowing effective and long-lasting adhesion. paints on any type of metal surface, both ferrous and non-ferrous.

A vast family of degreasing products, suitable for any type of metal and non-metallic surface, designed for the removal of oily or interoperational contamination, as well as light oxidation. Suitable for numerous applications, they can be used both as a final treatment and as an intermediate process, for example preceding galvanic deposition or painting treatments.
FIPROCOAT LINE
A wide range of phospho-degreasing products capable of ensuring the cleaning and simultaneous deposition of amorphous or crystalline phosphate coatings on surfaces or multi-metal components.
They ensure a homogeneous substrate that protects the artifacts and surfaces from corrosion, ensuring excellent adhesion to paints and subsequent conversion treatments (chromatising).
